Laura Smith Dunaief has over twenty years’ experience as a manager and director for sales and service organizations in the financial services arena. For the past five years, she has provided training and leadership development consulting to companies, and individual coaching and seminars to those making career transitions.
Her corporate and organizational clients have included BISYS Alternative Investments, United Nations Federal Credit Union, Schwab Capital Markets, the Security Traders Association of New York, Disney-ABC Media Networks, and Fairfield University, as well many international private banks and investment banks.
She also serves on the faculty of the American Management Association and the New York Institute of Finance, and she is a member of Advisory Board for the CLO Institute.
Laura is a magna cum laude graduate of New York University, and she holds a B.A. in Organizational Behavior & Communication, with honors in the social sciences.
A recipient of many educational and professional awards, she is also active in professional organizations and is a current member of the Financial Women’s Association of New York, where she serves on both the Career Connections committee, and as a mentor. She is also a member of the Security Traders Association of New York, the American Society for Training and Development, and the Organization Development Network of Greater New York.
